Your period is a time to rest and reflect.
Reflect on the month, the year, and your goals. This is the time to plan, map out your next moves and dreams. Your hormones are at their lowest, which means you are depleted. But you can also feel energized, so you really get to listen to your body and choose if you need to rest and reset, or if you want to move your body. Since your hormones are as close to a man’s, it can be a great time to do weight lifting.
